Maintenance Head Module Manufacturing
1) Draft the process procedures for individual machines
2) Update the process specifications of silicon solar module process
3) Accountable to optimize the processes using automation and achieve the desired target
4) Monitor the process parameters of every machine at a frequent interval
5) Update and maintain the process check list
6) Perform statistical analysis of each and every process
7) Focus on process improvement and sustainability
8) Work on reducing rejects and thus increase productivity
9) Review the daily production and analyse reports for consistent output
10) Work on improving yield with application of engineering tools such like FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), DOE (Design of Experiments), and others.
11) Work with quality team to ensure the quality, performance and cost of the existing products. 12) Coordinate with maintenance team for any process related trouble shooting 13) Work on new materials regularly for the better output Drive cost improvement process related projects
Qualifications & Skills • Bachelors degree and above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Material Science/Physics • Direct 1 to 2 Years of Experience in Module production/Process • Skilled in SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plans • Good oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive working attitude • Excellent Planning, critical thinking and organizational skills • Capacity to work autonomously with appropriate support and supervision • Good Team Player
