Mechanical & Utility Head in a Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling Plant . This role is critical for ensuring operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and utility management within a complex and environmentally sensitive facility. Job Purpose: To lead and manage all mechanical maintenance and utility operations at the lithium-ion battery recycling plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable functioning of all mechanical systems, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Maintenance Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all mechanical equipment including crushers, shredders, conveyors, furnaces, and HVAC systems. Ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability of mechanical systems. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
