Job Description

Maintenance Fitters

Key Responsibilities

Handle and resolve daily shift maintenance issues related to mechanical equipment.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and communicate effectively with the HOD.
Perform preventive maintenance on process equipment, pumps, and related systems.
Operate and maintain utilities such as
chilling plants
,
cooling towers
, and
compressed air systems
.
Perform maintenance tasks on
AHUs (Air Handling Units)
and
Dehumidifiers
.
Ensure adherence to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Report directly to the HOD regarding maintenance status and urgent requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualification:
ITI Mechanical
Experience:
3 to 7 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing industries.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office
and ability to maintain written records in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Willingness to work in shift operations.
