The job involves being a team member of the Engineering Maintenance & Reliability Team within the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient department of the Manufacturing division. Manager / Sr. Engineer) Plant: Fasteners Department: Electrical Maintenance Location: Boisar, Maharashtra Experience: Minimum 5+ years Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Purpose of the Role: To ensure smooth running and reliability of plant electrical systems by attending breakdowns, carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance, monitoring energy parameters, and leading the electrical team effectively to achieve production targets with minimal downtime. Shif Key Responsibilities: Attend machine critical breakdowns during shift and ensure minimum downtime, maintaining optimal MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Review logbooks and allocate daily jobs to the team effectively. Check daily logbooks, calculate daily energy consumption, and monitor power factor (P.F.). Maintain electrical system power factor at 0.999 consistently. Conduct monthly delay analysis; maintain energy and P.F. data records, graphs, and % delay reports. Take monthly stock of consumables and ensure timely procurement. Arrange spares or materials from other Viraj stores if not available in the SRM store. Coordinate with TPM Department for completion of TPM activities. Plan and implement weekly Kaizen works in consultation with superiors and complete them within timelines. Identify and clear E&I fugais (abnormalities) in production machines and update all TPM-related records. Coordinate with Safety Department to resolve safety issues and ensure compliance.
