Coordinate with TPM Department for completion of TPM activities. Plan and implement weekly Kaizen works in consultation with superiors and complete them within timelines. Identify and clear E&I fugais (abnormalities) in production machines and update all TPM-related records. Coordinate with Safety Department to resolve safety issues and ensure compliance.
