Job Description

Job Profile:
Plan and prepare the preventive maintenance schedule for Melting Area (Melting furnace, Fume extraction, Magnet crane, cooling pumps & Hydraulic system), Knockout, Shot blasting and Utility Area (Compressor, Transformer, Electrical Room, EOT, HOT).
Daily breakdown maintenance activity and manpower handling as per work priority across the all plant.
Plan & prepare the preventive maintenance of all Panels and Electrical control room equipment’s.
Plan and preparing the Annual Repair & Maintenance.
All safety norms to be followed like work permit, usage of PPE, Usage of Earthing unit, Earth rod, etc
Ensure Electrical Safety across the Plant.
Plan & arrange machineries spares as per requirement with minimum inventory.
Responsible for power shutdown & PF maintenance activities for foundry and utilities.
Responsible for installation, monitoring the performance of CCTV across the plant.
Responsible for preparing MTTR, MTBF & OEE for overall maintenance of foundry.
Responsible for preparing monthly, yearly management report for overall maintenance performance for foundry.

Exp.: Min 7 to 8 yrs.
Education: Diploma or B. Tech Electrical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Electric maintenance: 5 years (Required)
