Job Description

The AC Technician role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems in the hotel. Your responsibility includes ensuring that all HVAC equipment functions efficiently to create a comfortable environment for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Installation, inspection, and maintenance of various air conditioning systems such as split units, central AC systems, and ventilation systems. - Identifying mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and conducting necessary repairs. - Performing regular preventive maintenance checks and cleaning of air filters, coils, and condensers. - Maintenance of hotel refrigeration systems including refrigerators, freezers, and cold rooms. - Monitoring temperature levels and control systems in guest rooms, kitchens, and public areas. - Addressing guest room complaints related to air conditioning or ventilation promptly. - Keeping records of repairs and maintenance activities. - Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations. This is a full-time position with benefits such as commuter assistance, flexible schedule, and provided meals. The work location is in person.,
