Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment, especially non-local/imported machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all maintenance work, schedules, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.
• Liaise with OEMs and vendors for technical support and spare part procurement as needed.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.E. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven experience in maintaining non-local/imported machinery.
• Good understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and technical drawings.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, maintenance management software preferred).
