Maintenance Engineer Vadodara 3 - 5 years INR 4.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in handling and maintaining non-local (imported) machinery and should possess a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems . Key Responsibilities: Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment, especially non-local/imported machines. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all maintenance work, schedules, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all maintenance activities. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime. Liaise with OEMs and vendors for technical support and spare part procurement as needed. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and suggest improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: B.E. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. Proven experience in maintaining non-local/imported machinery. Good understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Strong documentation and report-writing skills. Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and technical drawings. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, maintenance management software preferred). Preferred Qualities: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Job Summary Back Office and Sales Coordinator : We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office and Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operational processes. This role is essential in managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
