Job Description

As an ideal candidate for the role of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of various manufacturing equipment such as: - Extruders - Mixers/blenders - Pelletizers - Conveying systems - Supporting preventive maintenance schedules and maintaining proper documentation. - Responding to machine breakdowns and assisting senior engineers in troubleshooting. - Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any abnormalities to supervisors. - Helping in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines or utilities. - Maintaining records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and machine history. - Ensuring adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, and company maintenance procedures. - Collaborating with production teams to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability. In addition to the key responsibilities outlined above, this role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic production team in a full-time, permanent position.
