We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to oversee the preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment, ensuring that all machinery is operating at optimal performance.
1. Responsible routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to repair machinery and systems.
2. Diagnose faults, oversee maintenance tasks, manage spare parts, ensure compliance with safety standards, and develop strategies to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
3. Replacing worn or broken components, filters, and other parts to maintain equipment performance.
4. Troubleshooting & Repairs of breakdowns and faults in mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
5. Designing and implementing long-term strategies for preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
6. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, managing spare parts inventory, and controlling maintenance costs.
7. To handle all responsibilities related to complete maintenance activities.
