Role Purpose Manager Maintenance Role Reports to Location Dahej/Ankleshwar Diploma In Mechanical Engg/B.E/B.Tech in MechanicaL Engg Qualification 4-8 Years Years of experience Focus Area: Attachment of relevant document with entry in SAP Approval & verification all invoices (service) including all intercompany invoices submitted to accounts & posted in SAP ¢Preparation PR/SR/PO/SO (India)-Accounts Department ¢Provision for pending invoices (services, transportation expenses,etc) ¢Settlement & explanation for advances to suppliers (Including PDC if any) ¢Balance confirmation request to Vendors ¢Follow up & Reconciliation of Transportation invoice (CHA) for the period ¢CWIP Invoice posting (material & services) ¢Follow up & Reconciliation of Transportation invoice (CHA) for the period ¢Filing of respective invoices in respective files, separate file if required II | P a g
