• Supervise daily operation and maintenance of all utility equipment.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of:
• Monitor and control utility parameters for uninterrupted operations.
• Troubleshoot utility failures and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules for optimum equipment performance.
• Maintain coordination with management and provide regular maintenance reports.
• Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance at the site.
• Manage manpower and allocate tasks e iciently.
• Ability to handle utility data acquisition and accurate record maintenance.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, maintenance software tools).
