Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Develop and execute maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in plant machinery and utilities.
Equipment Reliability Management
Monitor performance metrics, analyze failure trends, and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability.
Maintenance Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with production and utility teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment history, and safety audits; ensure adherence to statutory and ISO standards.
Safety & Risk Management
Enforce safety protocols during maintenance tasks; conduct hazard assessments and support root cause analysis for incidents.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Lead TPM, Kaizen, or Six Sigma projects to enhance plant efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and improve MTBF/MTTR.
