   18,000 to 20,000 per month

• Educational Qualifications:

   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance:

   Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This includes lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments of mechanical parts.

• Troubleshooting and Repairs:

   Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or other issues that affect operations. Diagnose problems using technical manuals, schematics, and testing equipment. Perform repairs or coordinate with specialized technicians as needed.

• Planning and Scheduling

  : Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems. Ensure timely maintenance to avoid interruptions to production. Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities during non-peak hours.

• Inventory Management:

   Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment. Ensure that necessary parts are available for repairs and maintenance activities. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality parts at competitive prices.

• Documentation and Reporting:

   Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history. Generate detailed reports for management on the status of equipment, maintenance operations, and any issues encountered. Use maintenance management software to track and document all activities.

• Continuous Improvement:

   Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in maintenance technology and recommend upgrades or new equipment as needed.

• Safety Management:

   Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards. Implement safety protocols and provide training to maintenance staff on safe work practices.

• Equipment Maintenance

  : Oversee the maintenance of critical equipment such as CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical control systems. Ensure that all equipment is operating at peak efficiency and address any issues promptly.

• Emergency Response:

   Address maintenance-related emergencies promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations. Develop and implement emergency response plans for critical equipment failures.

• Training and Development:

   Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff. Mentor and develop the skills of the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to maintenance protocols.

• Collaboration:

   Work closely with other departments, including production, quality control, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate on projects that require maintenance support and provide technical expertise as needed.

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance management software
• Relevant certifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance are highly desirable
