Maintenance Electrician

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician at our company, you will be responsible for performing routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across the facility. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring, operating, and maintaining CCTV camera systems, DVR/NVR, and surveillance setups. - Taking daily readings of electrical meters (LT/HT) and accurately logging power consumption. - Inspecting and maintaining electrical panels, DB boxes, and wiring to ensure safety and functionality. - Attending to power failures, minor installations, and preventive maintenance tasks. - Maintaining maintenance logs and reports for all activities performed. - Ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations. - Coordinating with vendors and facility teams for electrical consumables and spare part needs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of CCTV camera systems and surveillance setups. - Familiarity with electrical panels, DB boxes, and wiring. - Understanding of safety standards and electrical regulations. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
