Job Description

Maintenance planning and execution for the advance automation engine assembly facility by

Preventive maintenance adherence along with continuos improvement in check sheet based on equipment maintenance experience
Predictive maintenance execution and countermeasures on observed abnormality
Quick response on breakdown maintenance and according implementation of countermeasures horizontal deployment on other equipment
Proactive support to production by installing reliable quality assurance POKA Yoke by inhouse resources
Basic knowhow of ISO standard (ISO9001, ISO14001).
Knowledge of Calibration: Nutrunner,Cosmo leak tester, Electric Pulse tools
Manage spare parts inventory

Functional/Technical:

Work experience require for the Hardware selection, installtion standard, programming and troubleshooting for

Mitsubishi PLC series of Q,iQ-R
Communication network (CCLink, CC Link-IE, Ethernet etc) architecture etc
Yamaha and IAI multi axis Robo cylinders working knowhow
Mitsubishi Servo MRJ4, MRJ5
Fanuc Robot working & diagnosis experience
Smart sensors & Vision camera (Make: Keyence, Omron, Cognex)
Omron RFID V680
Nutrunner System of Dai Ichi, Atlas Copco, IR, Uryu
Cosmo Leak test systems
3 phase induction motor and VFD control
Servo press - DDK, Janome
SMC Electrical Actuators diagnosis & repair.
Working experience on Sedick make Motoring and firing test bench, Bearing selection machine.
