Mainframe Production Support

The position of Mainframe Production Support (Mid-Level) requires 3-8 years of experience and involves working in shifts from 7AM - 4PM and 1PM - 10PM on a rotational basis. The primary skill set needed for this role includes JCL, COBOL, VSAM, and DB2, while secondary skills include Endevor, FileAid, Insync, ServiceNow, and JIRA. The responsibilities of this role include providing support during the UK shift (1-10 PM) and offering alternative weekend support for production issues in the banking domain. The ideal candidate should possess good written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, along with exposure to the Global delivery operation model (Onsite-Offshore).
