Experience in L2 application support on mainframe platforms.
Strong understanding of ACH and PEP+ payment systems, transaction flows, and file formats.Proficiency in JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and FTP/SFTP protocols.Experience with mainframe scheduling tools (e.g.,TWS). Familiarity with FTP & Sterling file transfer gatewaysFamiliarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
