Mainframe Production Support

As a Mainframe Production Support, your role will involve providing production support for mainframe-based applications to ensure system stability and performance. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2. Your expertise in analyzing issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be required to prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
