Mainframe Consultant

Role Overview: As a Mainframe DBA with at least 7 years of experience, your main responsibility will be to understand and manage Db2 activities, including database creation and maintenance. You should have proficiency in utilizing BMC tools for efficient database management and monitoring. Candidates with a minimum of 6+ years of experience working with high-level databases, especially Db2, are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Db2 activities such as database creation and maintenance - Utilize BMC tools for efficient database management and monitoring - Participate in Agile methodology, attend Scrum meetings, and work on 15-day sprints - Ensure 90% of work is completed within sprint cycles - Migrate databases to AWS Qualifications Required: - At least 7 years of experience as a Mainframe DBA - Proficiency in managing Db2 activities - Experience working with high-level databases, especially Db2 - Knowledge of BMC tools for database management - Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum meetings Location: This position is based in Pune.,
