Project Delivery

  Understand the business requirements of clients to design & deliver the best possible solutions to the client

  Working hands-on on the projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of the projects

  Guide and train the team to help them execute their projects
• 
  Identify and implement the process improvements related to effective coding practices
• 
  Responsible for the flawless delivery of the each and every project

Team Building & Management

• 
  Build a high performing team with right technical talent and outstanding project execution skills

  Get involved in team building by actively participating in hiring, training and people management of team members

Requirements

Requirement:

• 
  Min 3.5+ years of experience in Adobe Commerce (Formerly Magento)

• 
  Experience in developing/editing third-party extensions

• 
  Extensive experience with PHP and MySQL

• 
  Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery

• 
  Must handle multiple projects simultaneously

• 
  Developer with strong PHP, Zend, and object-oriented programming experience

• 
  Good experience of Magento core development (PHP) and Module development which involves database-level operations (Creating new tables in the database and developing Models)

• 
  Website Development project including both back-end customizing API, plugins, and modules
