Job Title - Machine shop Incharge

Experience - 7+ years

Qualification - ITI , Diploma or Relevant degree

Industry - Heavy Fabrication

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee daily machining operations (CNC/VMC/HMC, boring, milling, turning).
Ensure adherence to drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.
Monitor productivity, reduce setup time, and improve OEE.
Coordinate with fabrication, quality, and maintenance teams.
Lead machinists and operators, ensuring skill development and discipline.
Maintain tool inventory, machine upkeep, and production reports.
Drive process improvements and support ISO documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
