Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor juice processing machines such as filling, sealing, capping, labeling, and pasteurization units.
• Set up machines for daily production as per the schedule and ensure proper calibration.
• Check raw material and packaging material availability before starting production.
• Maintain consistent product quality by adjusting machine parameters when necessary.
• Conduct regular visual checks for leaks, spillage, or improper sealing.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting during production.
• Ensure machines are cleaned and sanitized as per the hygiene protocol.
• Record production data, downtime, and machine performance in the production log.
• Follow all safety and food safety guidelines (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI standards).
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve machine or quality issues.
• Report any machine faults or deviations immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a machine operator in a juice, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing plant.
• Knowledge:
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of juice processing, filling, and packaging operations.
• Awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
