Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Machine Operator, based in Kadi, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring that machines are functioning efficiently and safely. Daily tasks include setting up machines, monitoring operations, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules while working collaboratively with the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial machinery and familiarity with production processes
• Technical knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards in a manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Basic technical education or vocational training related to machinery operations; prior experience in manufacturing is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with availability to commute to Kadi as needed
