Machine Operator

Role & responsibilities

- Operate vertical machining centers (VMC)

- Machine parts based on work instructions and drawings

- Set and fine-tune cutting parameters (spindle speed, feed rate, cutting depth)

- Measure key dimensions during and after machining, and check for quality issues

- Judge tool wear status, determine replacement timing, and respond to early failures

- Collaborate with programmers and maintenance team to resolve equipment issues

- Record machining history, production results, and quality outcomes

- Perform daily equipment checks and maintain 5S

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on VMC operation experience

- Experience machining various materials (aluminum, stainless steel, resin, etc.)

- Ability to read basic drawings and understand process flow - Skilled in using precision measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, height gauge) - Basic understanding and practical adjustment of cutting conditions (speed, feed, depth)

- Able to set tools and machine zero point

- Understand G-code and perform simple program edits

- Experience with Fanuc control systems

- Holder of CNC-related certification

- Experience in quality control or self-inspection

- Strong collaboration and reporting skills
