👨‍🎓 Experience:

Key Skills Required:

• CNC / VMC machine operation (basic level)
• Assembly & component loading/unloading
• Understanding of machine tools & cutting tools
• Basic G-code & M-code knowledge
• Engineering drawing reading
• Measuring instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge
• Quality inspection & defect identification
• Safety practices & SOP adherence
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC / VMC machines as per work instructions
• Load/unload components and set tools
• Perform basic machine setup and inspection
• Conduct in-process quality checks
• Maintain production records and checklists
• Follow safety standards, 5S, and shop floor discipline
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams
• Meet daily production targets

Requirements:

• Ready for 6 days working
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Good learning attitude & teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
