Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:
Operate assigned machines according to standard operating procedures.
Set up machines and ensure they are working correctly before production begins.
Production Monitoring:
Continuously monitor machine performance and product quality during operation.
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
Identify defects or irregularities and report them to the supervisor or quality department.
Maintenance & Safety:
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of machines.
Follow all safety and 5S guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
Documentation:
Maintain production logs, inspection reports, and machine maintenance records.
Ensure accurate reporting of daily output and downtime.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Follow supervisor instructions and support continuous improvement activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
