Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Machine Learning / AI Consultant on an hourly basis to
guide our advanced AI/ML initiatives. The ideal consultant will have real-world deploymentexperience with modern models and can advise on both technical pipelines and strategicscaling.Responsibilities• Advise on model selection, preprocessing, and validation best practices• Guide cloud/edge AI integration and database strategy• Share lessons from real-world AI deployments (scalability, compliance, cost optimization)• Provide actionable insights through short consulting sessions and written recommendationsWhat We’re Looking For• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience (beyond academia)• Strong expertise in advanced models (deep learning, transformers, XAI)• Experience with real-world data challenges (time-series, sensor data, or multi-modal inputs)• Excellent communication and advisory skillsEngagement: Hourly | Flexible | Remote/HybridIf you’re a senior AI/ML professional who enjoys solving real-world problems and advisingfast-growing teams, we’d love to hear from you.
