As a Machine Learning Engineering Manager reporting to the General Manager - Data Science, you will play a crucial role in leading the productionising of advanced analytics and Machine Learning initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with technical and data teams to enhance platform capability and processes for the Data Science and analytics community. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Machine Learning Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions - Coach and develop the MLE team to leverage cutting-edge Data Science, Machine Learning & AI technology - Maintain, evolve, and develop platforms to ensure robust and scalable environments for Data Scientists - Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to aid in their professional growth - Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI and ML to support the company's data strategy - Establish and enforce best practices for ML & AI model deployment and monitoring **Qualifications Required:** - Highly numerate with a strong technical background and proven ability to maintain hands-on technical contribution while managing a team - Experience in training, evaluating, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning models - Proficiency in data warehousing and ETL tools - Strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, Snowflake, RDBMS, Cloud infrastructure, Terraform, and ML Frameworks like Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch - Strong drive to master new tools, platforms, and technologies - Methodical approach with good attention to detail - Effective communication skills with the ability to work with international teams and across cultures This exciting opportunity will allow you to lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers towards successful project delivery and innovation in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning.,
