Machine Learning Engineer

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have • 5+ years of experience in ML Ops or AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in Azure AI services. • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). • Experience with ML Ops tools such as MLflow, DVC, and Azure ML CLI/SDK. • Strong understanding of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Bicep). • Experience deploying GenAI models using Azure OpenAI Service. • Knowledge of Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Feature Store integration.

Good-to-Have • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate. • Exposure to ethical AI, model interpretability, and bias mitigation techniques.
