**Job Description:** As a member of the M&A Consulting practice within Deal Advisory, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on identifying, planning, and unlocking value throughout the deal lifecycle. In the Pre-Deal phase, your responsibilities will include assisting clients in market assessment, simulating investment scenarios, and gaining insights into the competitive landscape. Post Deal, you will be pivotal in helping clients take control of the transaction, stabilize operations, and uncover additional value. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work alongside industry and transaction specialists in the Integration and Separation Advisory team to guide clients in protecting and enhancing value during acquisitions or separations. - Assess the ability of entities to stand alone, identify entanglements, and ensure a smooth transition during separations. **Qualifications Required:** - Chartered Accountant (Final cleared within 3 attempts), MBA from premier business schools, or a recognized degree from leading international universities with post-graduate degrees or professional certifications. - Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in advisory, consultancy, or industry-based operational roles with a specific industry focus. **Additional Company Details (if present):** The company values self-motivated individuals with excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
