Job Description

We are seeking a

highly strategic and results-driven professional

with deep expertise in

Private Equity (PE), M&A Deal Advisory, and Value Creation

. This role involves advising

top-tier Private Equity firms and Corporate clients

across the

Pre-Deal, Deal Execution, and Post-Merger Value Creation phases

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

strategy development, deal execution, portfolio scaling, and C-level stakeholder engagement

.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Advisory & Deal Execution



  • Develop

    fact-based, innovative strategies and operating models

    for Private Equity clients.

  • Lead

    Commercial Due Diligence, Market Research, Target Screening, and Post-Merger Integration

    .

  • Provide strategic guidance on

    Separation Planning, Portfolio Value Creation, and Growth Strategies

    .

  • Drive

    ESG Strategy, Technology Transformation, and Outsourcing decisions

    for portfolio companies.

  • Advise on

    Tech M&A

    , including

    Technology Due Diligence, Platform & Digital Assessments, and Technology Integration & Separation

    .


Industry & Business Acumen



  • Bring

    deep industry expertise

    in one or more sectors:

    Technology, Media & Telecom (CMT), Financial Services, Resources, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Services, or Retail

    .

  • Decode

    complex business challenges

    using

    issue-based problem-solving frameworks

    .

  • Stay ahead of

    industry trends, disruptions, and value drivers

    to guide clients in high-impact decision-making.


Client Engagement & Business Development



  • Cultivate and

    manage relationships with Private Equity investors, C-suite executives, and Corporate Strategy teams

    .

  • Lead

    client discussions, stakeholder negotiations, and investment decision-making support

    .

  • Drive business growth by identifying and converting new client opportunities.


Thought Leadership & Practice Development



  • Contribute to the

    development of intellectual capital, frameworks, and best practices

    .

  • Mentor and upskill team members through

    training, knowledge-sharing, and industry insights

    .

  • Engage in

    publications, speaking engagements, and client workshops

    to position the firm as a thought leader.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute

    .

  • 3.5+ years of post-MBA experience

    in

    Private Equity, M&A Advisory, or a top-tier Management Consulting firm

    .

  • Demonstrated expertise in

    deal execution, due diligence, portfolio value creation, and post-merger integration

    .

  • Experience working with

    C-suite executives, particularly CEOs and Chief Strategy Officers

    .

  • Exceptional

    problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

    .
