Job Title:

Experience:

M365 Migration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
M365 migrations
including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams using
Quest On Demand Migration
.
Manage and execute
Tenant-to-Tenant migrations
with minimal downtime and data loss.
Conduct pre-migration assessments, domain verifications, and post-migration validations.
Handle mailbox migrations, permissions, and hybrid setup configurations.
Work with
Azure AD / Entra ID
, MFA, and Conditional Access policies during migration.
Troubleshoot issues related to mail flow, directory sync, Teams, and SharePoint access.
Generate PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical documentation and post-migration support.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in
Quest On Demand Migration (ODME)
mandatory
Experience in
Tenant-to-Tenant Migration
Good knowledge of
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
Experience with
ShareGate
or
BitTitan
is a plus
Strong understanding of
Azure AD / Entra ID
and
PowerShell scripting
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
