Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a M Tech Technical Mentor located in Chennai. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, mentoring students, developing curriculum content, and providing guidance on academic and career growth. The role involves hands-on problem solving, designing practice assignments, and evaluating student performance to ensure high levels of understanding and skill acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages and software development
• Experience in mentoring or teaching students in a technical field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create and update curriculum content and training materials
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design practical assignments
• Patience and commitment to student success
• Master’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Prior experience working in the tech industry is a plus
