Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an M-Tech Trainer, located in Tirupati. The M-Tech Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, developing training materials, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to improve skill sets. The role includes mentoring and coaching students, staying updated with current tech trends, and customizing training approaches based on individual and group needs.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Technical Training and hands-on experience as a Technical Trainer
• Proficiency in Training & Development methodologies and practices
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to develop technical content and materials for training sessions
• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
• Experience in the tech industry and familiarity with current trends and technologies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
