Note: This is an RFP-based hiring, and engagement is subject to the award of the assignment.

Open Positions:

1. Project Head (Freelance Consultant)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Degree in Management, Public Policy, Public Administration, or related fields. PhD preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum

  20 years of experience

  in leading Monitoring and Evaluation projects.
• Proven track record of leading teams in at least 2 general assignments and 1 specific assignment.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the evaluation of government sector schemes

  .

• Experience is marine and fisheries will be an advantage
• Candidates from

  Tamil Nadu/Kerala/Karnataka/Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra

  will be preferred.

2. Deputy Team Leader (Freelance Consultant)

Minimum Qualifications:

• MBA, Postgraduate Diploma in Management, or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in leading or coordinating M & E projects.
• Must have participated in at least 2 general assignments and served as Deputy Team Leader in 1 specific assignment.
• Candidates from

  Tamil Nadu/Kerala/Karnataka/Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra

  will be preferred.

3. Monitoring & Evaluation Expert (Freelance Consultant)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or related fields-Advisors and Analysis

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in leading or coordinating M & E projects.
• Must have participated in at least 2 general assignments and served as Deputy Team Leader in 1 specific assignment.
• Candidates from

  Tamil Nadu/Kerala/Karnataka/Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra

  will be preferred.

General Requirements for All Positions:

• Strong understanding of government sector schemes and their evaluation frameworks.

• Experience in fisheries, marine products, or similar sectors will be an added advantage.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
