Luxury Sales Specialist

You will be responsible for driving the sales of premium villas priced at 4 crore and above in Bangalore, Whitefield. Your main duties will include: - Ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. - Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors. - Providing personalized solutions that align with the clients" investment goals and luxury lifestyle aspirations. - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to tap into the ultra-luxury market. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in selling luxury villas or high-value real estate. - Strong background in wealth management or financing large investments is a plus. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with HNWIs. - Proven ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships. - A deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in Bangalore is preferred. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
