As a Sales Manager / Luxury Property Specialist for Premium Villas in Bangalore, Whitefield, your primary responsibility will be driving the sales of high-end villas priced at 4 crore and above. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors, providing personalized solutions that cater to their investment goals and luxury lifestyle aspirations. You will need to develop and implement effective sales strategies to target the ultra-luxury market and ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in selling luxury villas or high-value real estate, with a strong background in wealth management or financing large investments being advantageous. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to engage effectively with HNWIs, close high-value deals, and establish long-term client relationships. A deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in Bangalore is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
