Education: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client requirements for buying, selling, or leasing luxury residential and commercial properties

  • Conduct site visits, perform property valuations, and manage end-to-end deal closures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, developers, and channel partners

  • Stay updated on luxury market trends, pricing strategies, and high-end inventory developments

  • Contribute to overall business development efforts and support the achievement of team sales targets

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of real estate broking experience, preferably in the South Mumbai luxury market

  • Proven track record in high-value sales and negotiation

  • Experience managing HNWI/UHNWI client relationships with discretion and professionalism

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored for premium clientele

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office for efficient lead management and reporting
