Handle client requirements for buying, selling, or leasing luxury residential and commercial properties
Conduct site visits, perform property valuations, and manage end-to-end deal closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, developers, and channel partners
Stay updated on luxury market trends, pricing strategies, and high-end inventory developments
Contribute to overall business development efforts and support the achievement of team sales targets
Minimum 1.5 years of real estate broking experience, preferably in the South Mumbai luxury market
Proven track record in high-value sales and negotiation
Experience managing HNWI/UHNWI client relationships with discretion and professionalism
Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored for premium clientele
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office for efficient lead management and reporting
