About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about the real estate industry and eager to learn. As a Real Estate Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced sales, marketing, and operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in property dealings, client engagement, market research, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in listing and promoting residential or commercial properties.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and property showings.
• Conduct basic market research and data analysis on real estate trends.
• Support documentation and paperwork for property transactions.
• Learn CRM software and update client/property databases.
• Maintain communication with clients, helping answer inquiries and building relationships.
• Work with senior team members to understand negotiation and deal-closing processes.

Key Requirements:

• Strong interest in real estate and willingness to learn the industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Own vehicle (preferred, not mandatory).
