Job Description: We are looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Executive who will be responsible for identifying and evaluating residential and commercial properties. Your main tasks will include conducting property research, ensuring clear property titles, and staying updated on market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and implement the company's property selection criteria. - Gather detailed information on residential and commercial properties. - Verify the clarity and marketability of property titles. - Effectively communicate using real estate terminology. - Conduct market analysis to determine property values. - Keep abreast of available properties in the market. - Monitor real estate trends and best practices in both residential and commercial sectors. - Search open listings to identify suitable properties. - Work independently while also collaborating with team members. - Previous experience in sourcing residential and commercial properties is preferred.
