Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent, your role involves generating client leads for buying or selling properties. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. Your key responsibilities will include selecting and showing homes and properties that meet the client's needs, accompanying buyers during property visits and inspections, and providing them with advice on the suitability and value of the properties they are interested in. Additionally, you will handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints, set sales goals, develop sales strategies, research sales prospects, and generate leads. It is crucial for you to appraise property values, stay updated with market trends and industry best practices, and build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or in Real Estate/Property sales, a successful track record in sales, strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.,
