Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Proven expertise in Client Relations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for effectively managing interactions
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in the packaging, luxury goods, or related industries is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
