Purpose of the Role: Responsible for reporting and coordinating all signaling maintenance activities related to the CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control) system. The role involves ensuring system performance, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting operational efficiency across all corridors. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track signaling system performance, fault data, and maintenance trends. Prepare and submit regular reports to management on system health, incident summaries, and KPI status. Coordinate with OEMs, maintenance contractors, and internal teams for fault resolution and scheduled maintenance. Validate and review maintenance records, logs, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and audit requirements. Support planning and execution of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements. Assist in annual maintenance planning, spares availability tracking, and resource coordination. Qualifications: B. Tech / M. Tech (Electronics & Communication) from recognized Institute 15 years of experience in Signaling (minimum 7+ years of experience in CBTC Signaling) Functional Competencies: Knowledge of CBTC Signaling Systems (ATS, ATP/ATO, VOBC, Interlocking, Zone Controller, DCS) Skill in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving Signaling system malfunctions. Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and techniques to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. Purpose of the Role: Accountable for the management of the IT infrastructure and network landscape and will support the IT lead in developing and defining strategies for their function to be integrated across IT. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that network and server resources, capabilities, and capacity meet both existing and future business demands. Oversee firewall administration and internal network security in alignment with defined ITIL processes. Manage the data center and computer host systems, including infrastructure, software, AMC, and associated equipment such as air conditioning systems and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). Own infrastructure services such as network operations, server management, and connectivity. Ensure the delivery of these services aligns with business requirements and complies with defined SLAs. Oversee infrastructure availability and guide the development of a resilient architecture to minimize failures. Monitor and review business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures, and provide recommendations for technology infrastructure investments, including tech refresh initiatives. Monitor day-to-day administration and operational relationships, and oversee the performance of internal networks, VPNs, Active Directory, IT security (firewalls, proxies, antivirus, etc.), as well as system backup and restoration management. Handle infrastructure-related incidents, problems, and known error closures. Facilitate issue resolution and escalation handling. Review SLAs and performance metrics/reports for network, server, and data center operations. Manage internal and external vendor staff responsible for network and server operations. Monitor and review system logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Conduct periodic internal vulnerability assessments on networks and servers and ensure timely remediation. Conduct internal ISMS audits in accordance with ISO 27001 standards. Regularly review user access to shared folders and SFTP systems. Maintain and track warranties and AMCs for all servers and network equipment. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and vetting of agreements pertaining to O&M Agreements, third party ticketing, payment solutions, last mile connectivity, optical fiber sub-letting, and retail in Hyderabad metro stations and in L&T malls in Hyderabad. Due diligence on various transactions. Assisting the business team for negotiating with clients and third parties on the terms of the agreements. Strategizing and liaisoning with external law firms for the successful resolution of litigations and arbitrations. Drafting and vetting of other documents and agreements, including Sub-License Agreements, Addendums, Cancellation Deeds, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Counters, Replies, Rejoinders, and Affidavits. Providing corporate advisory on various legal issues. Keeping tabs on case progress for efficient and easy tracking of the status of the matters.
