Role Overview: You will be a Loyalty Specialist - Martech at 0101, based in Mumbai. Your primary role will involve creating Martech stacks, enhancing customer acquisition across various channels, developing digital assets, and formulating data-driven marketing strategies for clients. Your expertise in managing loyalty programs, coordinating with different departments, understanding data flows, and creating/supervising BRDs will be beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with different specialists to create and implement efficient work systems - Develop Martech stacks and integrate Martech tools effectively - Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies - Utilize UI/UX design and communication skills to enhance marketing initiatives - Proficient in data-driven marketing techniques and measurement - Work closely with digital assets and performance agencies - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field - Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work harmoniously in a team-based environment Qualification Required: - Experience in managing loyalty programs from a data-oriented agency or brand side (5-8 years) - Proficiency in creating Martech stacks and integrating relevant tools - Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies - Skills in UI/UX design, communication, and data-driven marketing - Previous experience collaborating with digital assets and performance agencies - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively within a team setting,
