Loyalty program lead

As a Loyalty Specialist - Martech at 0101, a customer acquisition company based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to create Martech stacks, enhance customer acquisition across all channels, develop impactful digital assets, and formulate data-driven marketing strategies for our clients. With a focus on managing loyalty programs and coordinating with various departments, your role will involve understanding data flows and overseeing the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). The ideal candidate for this full-time on-site position should possess 5-8 years of experience in handling loyalty programs either from a data-oriented agency or on the brand side. An advantage would be prior experience in working with loyalty programs, coordinating with different departments, and having a strong grasp of data flows. To excel in this role, you should be adept at collaborating with specialists, establishing smooth work systems, creating and integrating Martech stacks, and utilizing Martech tools effectively. Your expertise in customer acquisition and retention strategies, UI/UX design, communication, data-driven marketing, and performance analytics will be crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is required, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
