Core Java Developer Low Latency (Investment Banking Algos)

Your Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
high-performance, low-latency Java applications
for trading and middle-office systems.
Implement
multithreaded and concurrent programming solutions
ensuring optimal performance.
Apply
data structures and algorithms
to solve complex system design and optimization problems.
Work with
market data, order management, and reference/static data systems
.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years
of hands-on development experience in
Core Java (Java 8+), multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency systems
.
Strong knowledge of
data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
.
Experience with
Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and performance tuning
.
Solid understanding of
database concepts
(preferably Oracle).
Exposure to
reference data systems and market data integration
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.).
Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills
with ability to work under pressure.
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience/knowledge of
cash equities and futures front/middle office
.
Understanding of
order management systems
in an Investment Banking environment.
Prior experience with
low-latency frameworks
or trading systems.
