Role Overview:

We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff performance at our Executive Lounge in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth lounge operations, maintain service excellence, and coordinate between guests, staff, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the lounge including guest services, F&B service, and housekeeping
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality hospitality standards
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
• Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
• Support in inventory checks, stock management, and vendor coordination
• Prepare daily shift reports and update management on lounge operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality (lounges, hotels, QSR, or premium dining preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of F&B service, housekeeping, and guest handling
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented personality
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays

Location: Executive Lounge – Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Shift-Based)
