Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage all accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
  • Handle client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collection tracking.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain accurate ledgers.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll for internal and outsourced employees.
  • Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS deductions and filings.
  • Maintain payroll records and statutory registers.
  • Liaise with HR and clients to verify attendance and pay-out accuracy.

Taxation & Statutory Filings

  • File GST returns, TDS returns, and coordinate with auditors for statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and maintain documentation for audits.

Budgeting & MIS

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Support management in financial planning and business decisions.
  • Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong accounting and taxation knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks

    .
  • Good understanding of

    payroll and statutory compliance

    for staffing employees.
  • Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Education & Experience

  • Qualification:

    B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
  • Preferred:

    Semi-qualified CA / CMA
  • Experience:

    4–8 years in Finance/Accounts; at least 2 years in recruitment, HR, or staffing industry preferred.
