Upstream & Downstream Process Specialist & Shift Incharge for our Biosimilar manufacturing facility based out of Ahmedabad.

Following are the Roles and Responsibilities.

Education:
Life science Graduate / Postgraduate
Total Years of Experience:
5 - 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Upstream

Responsible for
Upstream Process
for
Mammalian Cell culture.
Should have exposure on various
Cell Culture techniques and Single use Bio reactors.
QMS, Qualification and validation of equipment
in the initial stage and then responsible for Batch manufacturing.
Should have exposure to
Perfusion Technology
.

Downstream

Responsible for
Downstream Process
for
Mammalian Cell culture.
Should have exposure to
Protein purification Techniques.
Handling of AKTA Chromatography systems (AKTA Process & AKTA Pilot).
Performed Column Packing & Column Qualification.
Executed
chromatographic column packing
and operated
AKTA process systems
, optimizing batch and shift planning to meet production targets.
New Equipment introduction & Suite Requalification .
Preparation of
QRM, change control, SOP preparation, Vendor and CFT
follow up for Introduction and Requalification of
AKTA system
.

Candidate Details:

The candidate should have worked in
Biosimilars Upstream production (Mammalian Culture) / Downstream Production (Mammalian Culture)
for atleast
5 Years
Exposure to
Regulatory Audit
is Must.
Should be aware of
QMS Documentation
.
The candidate should have worked on
Biosimilars(Mabs).
The candidate should have good communication skills.
